Position Summary
eTouchware (www.safe-t.com) is a fast-growing provider of innovative secure managed file transfer solutions for enterprises. We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused pre-sales executive to penetrate new target accounts and bring innovative software solutions to enterprises.
eTouchware is offering a competitive compensation which includes base salary, commission and stocks options.
Responsibilities
> Explaining the products' features and benefits > Delivering WOW product demonstrations > Handling deep-dive technical sessions > Analyzing & communicating the product's competitive advantages > Running on-site proof-of-concepts and product installation > Providing tech sales support to channel partners > Collaborating with sales and product managers regarding customer need > Developing technical literature (white papers, solution slides etc.)
Skills/Background
This is an experienced, senior-level technical sales position. Qualified candidates must possess the following: > Min. 8 years of experience in technical services (pre/post sales; tech support); of which min. 5 years in pre-sales > Relevant experience in pre-sale of network and email security, or file transfer products for enterprises (preferred: selling info-security products to CSOs/VP security) > Sales oriented and has the ability to articulate technical features into business benefits > Computer Sciences Degree or equivalent > Excellent communications and presentation skills > Aggressive and results-oriented; a problem solver, > High energy, self-motivated and persistent; team player with a positive attitude > Must have start-up company experience > Must be willing to travel to client sites (limited basis)
